Jaume Fuster i Guillemó (Barcelona, 1945 - L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, 1998). Catalan writer, essayist and translator. He was one of the founders of the Associació d'Escriptors en Llengua Catalana (Association of Catalan Writers) and a member the Ofèlia Dracs group. De mica en mica s'omple la pica, published in 1972 is one of the best-selling works in Catalan. He won several awards, including the Premi Crítica Serra d'Or for Literature and Essays (1989) and the Premi de les Lletres Catalanes Ramon Llull (1993).
The Biblioteca de Catalunya holds his personal papers, comprising his original works and various documents related to his literary career.
