A young readers humorous comic magazine including cultural and entertainment pages, created in 1921 by the publishing house El Gato Negro (later Bruguera) which in the seventies came to have weekly runs of up to 250,000 copies. The comic contained the publishing house's iconic characters such as Carpanta and Mortadelo y Filemon from the illustrators, Josep Escobar and Francisco Ibáñez respectively.
