1. Identification Details of the Service Charter

This Service Charter outlines the services provided by the Biblioteca de Catalunya, along with its quality commitments and the channels available for submitting suggestions and complaints.

This Service Charter was approved by Resolution CLT/2539/2025, of 30 June, which approves the Service Charter of the Biblioteca de Catalunya (Official Gazette of the Government of Catalonia [DOGC] No. 9448, dated 7 July 2025), and is available at the following link.

The body responsible for this Service Charter is the Biblioteca de Catalunya, an autonomous administrative entity attached to the Department of Culture.
