7.1. Previous versions of the Charter.

Since 2004, the Biblioteca de Catalunya has had a service charter approved by the institution’s management. This charter has been updated with a second edition in 2011, a third in 2017, and the latest in 2021. None of these versions have been published in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC).
