Rental of venues

Conditions

  • Each request of authorization will be evaluated according to the requirements and specific purpose.
  • The company/institution will assume costs of occupation (cleaning, cooling, use of computer equipment and PA systems, etc.) indicated for each space and will sign the agreement for temporary loan. In some specific cases, if the activity is regarded as relevant or interesting to the library, will be considered the exemption of payment of these costs.
  • There will be personnel of the own BC during the event, when the library considers it appropriate. The cost of these personnel will be assumed by the company/institution which will use the venue. The cost will be established according to price/hour of the specific job category.

Charity room (ground floor)

Times: from 20h. Capacity: 50 chairs with arm; 20 folding chairs more are possible
Surface area: 110 m2
Technical equipment:

  • Projector, screen and DVD player
  • Public-address (PA) system. Microphones (3 desktop and 1 wireless)
  • Rack for press (12 output)

Appropriate for meetings, presentations and conferences.
Costs of occupation: 80 € for use up to 3 hours. For longer uses, costs wil double.

East room (2nd floor)

Capacity: 90 folding chairs. 120 seated people and 30 stand people are possible.
Surface area: 120 m2.
Technical equipment:

  • Microphones (a sound technician should be provided)
  • Projector and screen

Appropriate for meetings, presentations, conferences and concerts.
 Costs of occupation: 100 € for use up to 3 hours. For longer uses, costs wil double.
