The Biblioteca de Catalunya houses a heritage collection very valuable, but it is also located within a very interesting historical building, the former Hospital de la Santa Creu. If you are interested in a guided tour, you can ask for it through the Internet.

Open Day
Every St George’s Day, the library is open to everyone. You can visit it individually according to an itinerary defined or within a guided group where you will receive an explanation about the history, functions, collections and services. Along the visit you will find some samples of the richest and valuable collections that the library preserves.
